GVF production range includes also the supply of both simple and complex sack emptying and Big-Bag unloading systems, as far as Big-Bag loading systems.

They allow the emptying of big-bags, positioning them in the structure with a forklift or with the appropriate hoist. Unloading takes place in complete safety and without product losses, thanks to the bag-feeding, bag-pulling systems and dynamic self-cleaning filters.

Systems of product picking from big-bag emptying station 3 versions are available: SB1: only lower structure (the big-bag needs external support to be supported). SB2: composed of lower structure and upper bracket to support the big-bag (the big-bag needs a forklift to be moved). SB3: composed of lower structure and prepared with rail for hoist. In addition to these standard models, we can provide customized versions, both in height and in drains. They can be made either with the “petal” technology or with the vibration system. In both versions it is possible to build in painted steel or in stainless steel, according to the needs of the sector and it is possible to realize integrated weighing systems.

Air-Tec System offers various solutions for handling and emptying Big Bags. The Big Bag emptying stations are designed to handle bags up to 2000 mm high and 1100 x 1100 mm on each side. Depending on the flowability and dustiness of the product, different types of Big Bag unloading hoppers are available: Collection hopper with Big Bag containment cone and discharge chute opening door Collection hopper with jaw-type discharge chute closing system and pneumatic discharge chute tensioner for extremely sticky products that tend to get stuck even in the discharge chute To facilitate the release of particularly sticky products, Air-Tec System offers: Pneumatically operated blades, capable of lifting the four base corners of the Big Bag and compressing it at the same time, ensuring almost complete unloading of the Big Bag itself.

Hiway big-bag unloading stations (FIBC) are designed to safely empty big-bags of up to 2500 kg of different sizes and to reduce the dispersion of dust into the environment, preserving the work area. This equipment consists of sturdy support structures capable of supporting the weight of the big bags which can be inserted using a forklift or hoist lift. The unloading of the material is facilitated by a receiving platform equipped with pneumatically operated pushers.
