SURFACE FEEDER
Used for receiving various types of loose material unloaded from trucks through a small ramp or from mechanical shovels and placed at the tail end of these machines at floor-level. Moreover, these receiving units can also be used for feeding conveying and processing plants. This extractor is similar to the EP extractor but its metal deck is surmounted by a rubber belt. The metal deck is formed by spaced out rigid pans with hollow profile that are driven by Link chains connected to the side walls. The pans are surmounted by a rubber belt that constitutes the actual support surface of the material being conveyed. This machine combines the sturdiness of metal apron feeders with the cleanliness of rubber belts that seals all potential spillage points for even the finest-grained materials. Any changes can be carried out at low cost It can easily be transformed into a mobile machine if equipped with the apppropriate wheel units and towing brackets. This means that a single machine can be used at various discharge points and at different plants, yielding clear financial benefits. This kind of versatility is particularly sought-after and appreciated for ports applicatgions. In order to contain the levels of dust emitted by certain materials, a fully enclosing cover may be mounted on the upper section of the machine, in addition to flexible covers to protect the entrance point of the lorry and a dust filter positioned above the discharge zone.

ESPLV - High-speed continuous bucket elevator
High-speed continuous bucket elevator, with doble chains connected to bucket sides. Suitable for handling very large capacities (up to 1,500 m3/h or more). When used at medium speed, medium-sized materials can be lifted (70 - 80 mm). Elevator with chains connecting buckets that are driven by toothed wheels.

SCREW CONVEYORS
Our product range includes various types of screw conveyors used in various sectors and in the pre-mixed product, lime, gypsum, steelworks, mining, chemical and power station sectors etc. Screw conveyors are also widely used for recovering and conveying dust in dust-filtering ecological plants, in any sector. The Gambarotta Gschwendt product range includes various types of screw conveyors that can be divided into two main groups, namely: CO - Horizontal screw conveyors: generally used for powdered materials or small-sized material to be conveyed horizontally or with slight inclination (which may however reach 45° or more). APRON FEEDERS
Material Load: - impact rails: absorb the force of material loading and protect the roller bearings - the plates flex under the loading shock, discharging the force on the frame through the impact rails, thus protecting the roller bearing - once the material is loaded, the plates are stiff enough to flex back and proceed supported by the rollers without contact with the impact rails Plates: - thick steel sections forces the material to follow the plates even during the hardest extractions under a full hopper - the anti-spillage lip is in special armoured steel and ensures continuous contact between two adjacent plates, minimisibg material spillage Wheels and chains: - drive wheels are made in high alloy steels with replaceable toothed segments - the parts in contact with the chain are induction-hardened to extend their operating file - the chains with pins and fixed bushes are in high alloy steel, induction-hardened on the wear surfaces Pins and bushes are tempered to ensure a very long wear life A complete range of strong apron feeders is available for the heavy duty extraction of material from hoppers under waggon tipper or truck unloader. PAN CONVEYOR CAPACITY BOOSTER
A TP booster is a system for detecting overcapacity that temporarily increases speed and capacity to avoid overflow. The system automatically reduces the speed as soon as overcapacity is no longer required It is made of: - load cells under the inlet - frequency inverter at drive + dedicated control card - control board - sized electric motor Functionning: the load cells under the inlet chute detect the incoming high amount of matertial. The output from the load cells, conveniently controlled from the control board, take to an increase of the speed at the frequency inverter The frequency inverter is controlled by a special function which increases the speed based on the actual measured torque necessary for conveying the higher amount of material. As soon as the incoming material capacity goes back to normal, the frequency inverter automatically decreases the speed

ROLLER SCREEN AND CRUSHER
The Roller Screen Crusher has been developed to crush and screen matariel. It also removes foreign materials, such as stone, wood or plastic, that have passed through the crushing stage without being crushed. Oversized material is conveyed by the rollers to the crusher where the crushable material is reduced to the size required and after that it passes onto a second roller screen. Object harder than the normal feed make the crusher setting increase, and the materials pass through the crusher onto the second roller screen, where the oversized material is rejected as waste. Advantages: - small crushing building - low feeding height - compact equipment construction - light equipment - low electric power - smaller electric switchgear and cables - the heaviest part, the crusher roller, is also relatively light. For the maintenance and repair crane, only a lift beam and a simple hoist are needed - can be easily encapsulated to minimize dust problems

ETR-Bucket Elevator with continuous round chains (for large grain size)

A suitable element protects the hopper against wear caused by the material being discharged Find out more at www.gambarotta.it

TC Box Conveyor
An alternative to transport clinker at inclines over 45° are TC box conveyors. Similar in composition and specification to TP conveyors, TC box conveyors include a metal belt that conveys the material and which is made up of a series of boxes placed at a distance corresponding with twice that of the chains that connect them underneath. The front wall of one box mounts onto the rear wall of the neighbouring box to avoid any loss when the material is loaded. The chains connect the boxes to each other and also provide the required articulation. The chains have an "anti-rotation" feature, allowing the belt to be supported in an almost planar position even though the supports are placed four times further apart than the pins of the chains. One box in every two is equipped with a pair of rollers with bearings that guide and support the belt and rest on the tracks Material is conveyed on the upper branch only, where several loading points are allowed. Specification of TC Box Conveyor - possible inclination is up to 60' - no powder leakage throughout the life of the conveyor - minimum curve radii of 10m are permitted

TTP Deep Bucket Conveyor
The favourable position of the chains allows the conveyor to be used to transport incandescent material The chains are positioned laterally and in the highest part of the buckets - the area least affected by the hot material. This position reduces the vertical footprint of the equipment compared to TP and TC conveyors. TTP deep bucket conveyors convey material on the upper branch only but hold material well within the confines of the conveyor. Throughout the conveyor's life, no flow-through of material is observed. Moreover, this type allows for the occasional transport of incandescent material (900-1000 °C), which is particularly useful in istances or kiln malfunction
