EV-METRO High capacity bucket elevator with continuous descending system

The EV Metro Bulk is a conveying system which allows fast evacuation of bulk material from the escavating area without providing a truck rump
At same time the system can be easily adjusted in the lenght/depth following the descending level of excavation
The system can be lowered and lifted in/out of digging area for maintenance purpose or in order to dig the area under the metro bulk system as well
Data:
- capacity up to 800 m3/h
- maximum size of material: 150 mm (standard version)
- installed power (300 ton/h - 30 mt depth: about 100 kW)
- descending level: up to -40 mt (level -40 mt)

- no truck rump necessary for access for exacavation basement
- fast bulk material evacuation due to the high capacity of the system
- standard trucks can be used for bulk material transport
