Dense phase pneumatic conveying system

The dense phase pneumatic conveying allows the handling of the product even for large flow rates (up to 50 t/h) for significant distances that can even reach 200 meters.

The material is introduced in batches inside the propeller which is put under pressure and conveys the product inside the low-speed conveyor line.

This pneumatic conveying method - particularly suitable for delicate, clinging or abrasive materials - can be issued without or with air injectors into the line, useful to push the product till the discharge point.
