Air-Tec System offers various solutions for handling and emptying Big Bags. The Big Bag emptying stations are designed to handle bags up to 2000 mm high and 1100 x 1100 mm on each side. Depending on the flowability and dustiness of the product, different types of Big Bag unloading hoppers are available: Collection hopper with Big Bag containment cone and discharge chute opening door Collection hopper with jaw-type discharge chute closing system and pneumatic discharge chute tensioner for extremely sticky products that tend to get stuck even in the discharge chute To facilitate the release of particularly sticky products, Air-Tec System offers: Pneumatically operated blades, capable of lifting the four base corners of the Big Bag and compressing it at the same time, ensuring almost complete unloading of the Big Bag itself.
