The capacitive measuring systems of the TRUELeVeL® series are designed for analogue level measurement. The system consists of a level probe and evaluation electronics. The analogue level measurement automatically compensates for the DK change (DK = dielectric constant) of the product to be measured. This is particularly advantageous for level measurements with changing media. For the DK compensation a "reference" measurement is carried out, for this purpose there is a reference range in the probe tip. The TRUELeVeL® probes are available in customised lengths from 400 mm to 2000 mm. The position and length of the measuring section can be freely defined within the possible measuring range and can thus be optimally determined for the respective application. There are different variants of the evaluation electronics, from analogue output voltage 0...10 V DC via current 4...20 mA up to frequency 0...10 kHz. The setting of the measurement is very simple and can be carried out completely in the empty state. The direction of action of the output signals as well as the LED display can be defined by dip switches. Sloshing movements can be faded out by an adjustable time delay (attenuator). A relay assigned to the reference section can be used as no-load protection. Advantages are: - Level measurements in containers, pipes up to approx. 5 m diameter. - For liquids and bulk solids εr ≥ 1.2 - Also suitable for inhomogeneous media due to large measuring volume detection - With appropriate mounting almost independent of the cone of repose - Probe can be used in the range from - 70 °C to + 250 °C - Insensitive to electrostatics - Automatic compensation of dielectric constants means it can also be used with changing materials without recalibration - Complete adjustment can be easily carried out in empty condition

The favourable position of the chains allows the conveyor to be used to transport incandescent material The chains are positioned laterally and in the highest part of the buckets - the area least affected by the hot material. This position reduces the vertical footprint of the equipment compared to TP and TC conveyors. TTP deep bucket conveyors convey material on the upper branch only but hold material well within the confines of the conveyor. Throughout the conveyor's life, no flow-through of material is observed. Moreover, this type allows for the occasional transport of incandescent material (900-1000 °C), which is particularly useful in istances or kiln malfunction

This screening machine is ideally suited to separate and dedust dry, powdered and granular products. Particularly suitable for high feed rates and multi deck separations of fine, lightweight and difficult to screen products.

The current version of the pneumatic deck lifting system installed in tumbler screening machines, allows screen inserts to be changed one at a time. When used with multi-deck screening machines each deck has to be raised and changed separately. This is time and labour intensive, depending on the number of screen inserts to be changed. In order minimise downtime, GKM Siebtechnik has developed a new pneumatic multi-deck lifting system allowing multiple deck lifting and exchange in a single operation. By means of the pneumatic cylinders, all screening decks can be lifted simultaneously. All screen inserts can be inspected, cleaned or changed at once. This new lifting system allows between two and four decks to be the exchanged and inspected after which the complete screening decks are lowered precisely back to their correct location. This innovative pneumatic multi-deck lifting system can be installed or retrofitted on tumbler or vibrating screening machines with diameters of between 600 (one to three deck units) to 1200mm (from one to four deck units). Where access is limited, the system is particularly advantageous because only single-side access to the machine is necessary. When together used with the GKM quick-clamp system, time-consuming loosening and tightening of the nuts on the ten to twelve clamping screws, is eliminated as is the use of tools. In addition, the system guarantees a uniform deck clamping force. This latest pneumatic multi-deck lifting system has already been successfully implemented by well-known manufacturers in the chemical industry.

The manual tightening tool for safe closure system Twin Tie® is the latest addition to the CSV Containment line and complements the wide range of products to suit all needs. To allow for neater and safer work, the Twin Tie® is sold in a handy case so it is always ready to use. The hand tool can also be easily hung inside an isolator, and the generous size of the clamps allows them to work even with the gloves of a rigid isolator. Dedicated tensioners inside the glove boxes have no surface treatments, so they are not affected by solvents.

DP series diverter valves allows to select the flow from one to two lines and from two lines to one. The mechanical outfit is precise and adjustable; the gaskets are interchangeable to guarantee simple and effective maintenance services. When the valve is in position, the unused way is closed mechanically.
