About us
Verdi S.p.A. is specialized in engineering and optimal application of components for continuous transport systems such as elevators and belt and / or chain conveyors.
The company was founded in 1987 from the idea of the founding partner Pietro Azzolini to improve the performance of the machines by optimizing the flow rate, with the application of components for the ideal running of the elevator / conveyor.
We can provide a specialized consultancy service thanks to thirty years of experience that allows special applications for standard and / or critical handling products, also taking care about the economic aspect.
Now Verdi S.p.A. is divided in three divisions distributed in different locations: spare parts division (Castelnovo Sotto, RE), conveyors’ (commercial office in Turin) and zeolite division (production plant located in Castel Giorgio, TR).
Verdi S.p.A. in 2000 obtained the Quality System Certificate, updated according to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

Pressed Elevator Buckets and Welded Buckets on demand
Elevator buckets in seamless steel, stainless steel and thermoplastic materials according to different applications. The different profiles have been designed to ensure efficient product discharge. Steel and Polyethylene for "common" products such as cereals, flours, or sticky products; Nylon is recommended for very abrasive materials such as salt, sand, ...; the realization of welded buckets is suggested for heavy industry applications, foundries, glass factories and cement factories. IMPACT BARS
Impact bars are used in loading points of conveyor belt to avoid damage to the belt, ensures a perfect seal, preventing material leakage. Impact bars are available 50 and 75 mm height.
SLIDE-LAG®
Fitting in workshop or directly on system quick and easy installation without cylinder preparation, without screws thanks to already calendared rubber bars (hardness 70 Shore +-5) Non fiammable type FLAME STOP GRM2311 - original process with transverse grooves of 12 mm thickness moulded on a Corten steel backing plate of 2 mm. Increase of friction coefficient between the belt and the cylinder and therefore: no slipping or heating. Load being equal, a lower tension is required and the belt thus suffers less stress. Surfaces with special cuts for: self-cleaning of the cylinder and constant tension even in the presence of water.
NON SKID
Anti-skid conveyor belts are generally used for slope transport. The top rubber cover is made in way to provide a high friction between the belt and the products to be transported
STRIP BELTS
All VERDI textile conveyor belts can be made with several types of strips, are used for slope transport it is possible to make belts with strips heights 15 or 25 mm
BAG TIE

VENT PANELS
Verdi vent panels are an economical way to minimize explosion reaction. Installation on silos, elevators, conveyors, filters, ovens, etc. flat vent panels are recommended on applications that works in the same conditions of the external air pressure as bucket elevators or closed conveyor belts. The ribbed vent panels resist in heavier conditions more than the flat vent panels. Accessories for vent panels: outside frame, it is used for fixing the panel to the supporting frame; depression frame, it provides a support to the panel by avoiding its opening during depression operation; opening detection device: it consists of a fork inductive sensor certified Atex II 1GD, any kind of failure of the panel can be detected by the sensor, not only in case of explosion, but also in case of start of opening.
