AIRFLASH AIRCANNON
AIRFLASH: compressed air cannon systems to keep fluidized the material stored in silos or hoppers, avoiding, for example, the deterioration of organic material due to aging; to ensure the continuous transit of the material on chutes and connecting channels; to avoid deposits on the tube bundles ensuring optimal working conditions for the heat exchangers. Typical applications industry: cement and concrete industry, lime, coal, wood industry, waste management, pet, farming and food industry, cereal industry, aggregate treatment, glass industry, wine industry, oil, etc.
ECOFOG DUST REMOVAL THROUGH WATER MICRONIZATION
ECOFOG: industrial dust suppression plants through the production of micronized fog. Thanks to IMPACT technology it is possible to nebulize additives and anti-odors for diffusion into the environment. The advantage of ECOFOG? It's an energy-saving technology! To produce artificial fog, it works at low pressures: 2-3 bar air; 0.1-1 bar water. Typical applications: crushing plants, mills, transfer belts and truck loading/unloading points, raw materials storing areas, solid waste recycling plants, etc.

EOLO FLUIDIZER
Within the world of AIRFLASH compressed air cannons, EOLO is the fundamental accessory for managing fine-grained material. EOLO is a distribution grid that allows you to optimize the diffusion of the shock wave generated by the cannon, amplifying its disintegrating force and implementing a cleaning action on the internal surfaces of the storage structure. It can have a linear shape (500mm modular composition) or circular shape and is available in different sizes depending on the type of system. In addition to improving the level of cleanliness, EOLO protects the protection device from possible infiltration of material inside the cannon.
PPI in AIRFLASH - AIRCANNON LAYOUT OPTIMIZED FOR HIGH AIR VOLUMES
PPI Pick-Power-Impulser is an evolution of traditional compressed air cannon systems. The traditional air-tanks are replaced by a pipe-tank that interconnects ALL the firing points. This means: 1. possibility of installation even in narrow and confined spaces 2. available IN EVERY SINGLE FIRING POINT you have the maximum firing power corresponding to the quantity of energy stored in the entire pipe (there is no longer a limit imposed by the capacity of the traditional tank) 3. use of the shooting power actually needed at the SINGLE point of use thanks to our KYOTO energy-saving shutter device AIRFLASH valves DOUBLE ZERO line specially designed to be inserted in line in the tank pipe. These valves are designed so that the valve body must NOT be decoupled from the piping for maintenance. The optimization and simplification of the system obtained thanks to PPI makes PPI SYSTEM the ideal solution for the equipment of battery silos.
