TIPS FOR OUR EXHIBITORS

Become part of our green team and take action for the future!

When you exhibit at a trade fair, you play a key role in shaping a sustainable event. Here are a few practical tips on how to participate more sustainably:

  • Choose a reusable booth package from the organizer or design your own booth so that the structure will be reused several times, year after year.
  • Work with your booth builder to make your booth as durable as possible!
  • Avoid creating a one-off outfit just for one event.
  • Try not to use carpet, and if you really need it, preferably choose reusable carpet tiles. If you use regular carpet, make sure it is recyclable and will be recycled
  • Travel and whenever possible, choose public transport or carpool with your colleagues.
  • Choose a hotel within walking distance and/or apply eco-friendly accommodation methods.
  • Consolidate your shipments and preferably use transport and logistics companies that apply sustainable practices
  • Favor local suppliers to support the local economy and reduce transport
  • Bring your own reusable water bottle and use our water stations to help us reduce the use of single-use plastics.
  • If you serve food in your booth, preferably choose locally produced and plant-based options and avoid using single-use plastic.
  • Avoid food waste and only order the amount of food needed.
  • Take an active role in the various initiatives and discussions during the event that will support sustainable development in your sector.
  • Inspire visitors by showcasing the sustainable features of your products.

Lady Be: Art as a Sustainable Language

For Lady Be, art is not only a form of creative expression but also a powerful tool to raise awareness about recycling and environmental sustainability. Her works carry a message for both the present and the future: in a world of dwindling resources and excessive consumption generating mountains of waste, art can help rediscover value and consciousness.

By using scrap materials, everyday objects, and disposable fragments, Lady Be transforms items destined for oblivion into new forms of beauty and meaning. This “artistic recycling” process gives new life to objects, elevating them into contemporary art with an ethical soul.

Purchasing a work by Lady Be means embracing a vision: believing that every object can be reused, regenerated, and endowed with new value—not only aesthetic but also economic.
In a constantly evolving art market, investing in young artists who combine creativity, sustainability, and social innovation is a forward-thinking choice, aligned with the ESG principles that guide today’s most conscious companies and collectors.
