The Nilfisk PDC413 all-in-one containment unit has been developed to ensure a constant and safe suction flow for small and medium-sized process machines, providing containment from OEB3 up to OEB5.

PDC413 is equipped with:
A primary stage without filter, featuring a compact and optimized cyclonic technology capable of stopping over 99% of collected material
Residual particles are effectively captured by the HEPA14 filter, which, thanks to its 5 m² filtering surface, offers high collection capacity
The tangential inlet of the filter housing creates a secondary cyclonic flow that minimizes dust accumulation at the bottom of the container
PDC413 is available with three different discharge solutions, designed for three containment levels:
Clapet valve: OEB4 material discharge – entry-level solution with single collection bag, economical and functional but requires more attention during cleaning
6” butterfly valve: OEB4 material discharge – intermediate solution with single collection bag, functional and easy to clean
SMD (Safe Materials Discharge): OEB5 material discharge – high-end solution using a 20-meter longopac allowing up to 15 discharges before replacing the collection bag. Its innovative design makes the cutting and removal of the filled section of the bag safer, as the inner part of the longopac—where the cut will be made—will not be contaminated by material passing through.
The primary HEPA14 filter, as well as the optional secondary filter, is managed with the bag-in bag-out (BIBO) procedure, ensuring performance up to OEB5.
