This CY202 is an optimized cyclone separator for food material recovery.
Cyclonic separation technology ensures continuous operation in dedusting systems, with or without material recovery. The distinctive feature of this design is the direct collection and reintroduction of residual material from the process.
The cyclone geometry guarantees high separation efficiency, retaining over 98% of processed powders. Such performance minimizes product waste and drastically reduces maintenance of downstream filtration systems.
The discharge system is based on a double valve — a 4″ butterfly valve and a clapet valve — with a 4-liter buffer between them to ensure a continuous and controlled discharge cycle. The result is uninterrupted dedusting (or collection, in this case) during the process and a significant reduction in material handling time.
The entire operating logic is managed through a fully pneumatic control panel, offering operational reliability, easy integration, and low maintenance requirements.
Note: The system requires an external suction unit to generate the correct airflow.
