OPERATION DESCRIPTION: M-Check is installed directly on the conveyor belt and performs cycles controls that can be set by the operator. During the control phase, a special patented technology sensor is lowered and immersed in the flow of material in transit, detecting the average residual moisture value. At the end of the control cycle M-Check carries out an automatic cleaning of the sensor. The values ​​are saved in a historical log and can be viewed and exported to .xls format. If the value goes out from set tolerance, an appropriate alarm is signaled.
