DYNAsize – Misurazione in linea della granulometria in tempo reale
DYNAsize represents an innovative solution for the continuous, real-time measurement of solid particle size in industrial processes. The system enables in-line determination of the particle size distribution of free-flowing bulk materials within a range from 170 to 6000 µm, completely eliminating the need for manual sampling and laboratory analysis. Thanks to continuous process data acquisition, DYNAsize is fully compatible with Industry 4.0 principles and allows constant control of product quality and plant performance. The device enables early detection of overloads, overflows, and screen anomalies, supporting the adjustment and optimization of sieving and grinding processes, as well as continuous monitoring of incoming raw materials. Measurement takes place directly within the process: the free-falling bulk material passes through the sensor tube section, and a representative fraction of the flow is continuously directed to a high-precision optical measurement system. The optics are protected by scratch-resistant borosilicate glass and a purge air system that prevents contamination and ensures reliable operation even in harsh industrial environments. Unlike traditional methods based on sampling and off-line analysis, DYNAsize performs continuous measurement of the particle size distribution (PSD) on the material in flow. This approach eliminates delays associated with laboratory testing and provides immediate insight into process behavior. Configurable limit values allow alarm activation via three relays, while the particle size distribution is displayed through the dedicated DYNAsize Viewer software and can optionally be exported to external databases for advanced analysis and traceability. Developed in collaboration with CeMOS and Hochschule Mannheim – University of Applied Sciences, DYNAsize is a unique solution that sets a new standard in continuous particle size monitoring, improving process efficiency, product quality, and operational safety.

DYNAmas
The DYNAmas flowmeter is used for continuous flow measurement of all kinds of bulk materials by applying the capacitive measuring principle. Accurate online flow measurement in free fall, as well as for pneumatic transport systems. Product concentration and transport speed are simultaneous and independently measured, and then used to calculate the mass flow rate. Thus, the measuring system is independent of fluctuating transport speeds. The device, available in different nominal diameters, is easy to calibrate and its reduced dimensions allow hassle-free integration into existing systems. In essence, DYNAmas contactless measuring is wear-free. The DYNAmas flowmeter has been designed to handle any bulk material flow, starting already with small volumes. Accordingly, the device proves suitable for many different applications. Configuration and measured values are displayed via the DYNAcon communication unit, which also provides various PLC interfaces.

DYNAmflow
Using state-of-the-art microwave technology the flowmeter DYNA M-flow is designed for flow measurement in metallic pipelines from a few kg/h to many t/h. The system is suitable for on-line measurement of powders, dust, pellets, and granulates. The measurement principle of the DYNA M-flow is based on the physical Doppler-Effect, whereas the sensor generates a uniform field in the microwave frequency range inside the pipeline. These microwaves are being reflected by particles passing through the pipe. Calculation of frequency and amplitude changes allows an accurate determination of the solid's mass flow rate. Nonmoving particles like dust accumulation are excluded from calculations.

DYNAmoist
Moisture in solids is a fundamental parameter that affects both product quality and the economic efficiency of production. DYNAmoist determines the product moisture directly in the process, in real time. The measurement results can be used to control a dryer or an automatic humidification system and to continuously monitor the production process. DYNAmoist uses a capacitive measuring method that determines the total water content of the material, not just surface moisture. The sensor’s field lines penetrate up to 200 mm into the material. The measurement accuracy is up to 0.1%, depending on the bulk material and the specific application. The latest version of the analysis software allows precise and easy calibration directly from the graphical display of the measured values. It is also possible to select up to 16 different product data sets via 4 digital inputs, without the need for a PLC connection.

Moisttech IR3000
The MoistTech IR3000 is an online moisture sensor that uses Near‑Infrared (NIR) technology to provide continuous, fast, and reliable measurements directly in the production process, without requiring contact with the material. Thanks to this advanced technology, the sensor can accurately detect the moisture content of solid products, regardless of color, particle size, or material depth, ensuring stable readings even in challenging industrial environments. The IR3000’s optical design allows for one-time calibration, minimizing maintenance and the need for periodic adjustments. This makes the sensor highly practical and reliable, suitable for a wide range of applications: it can be installed on conveyors, screws, hoppers, pneumatic conveyors, silos, and other production line configurations. The data collected by the sensor can be easily integrated into control systems through analog outputs, Ethernet, and RS232/422/485 connections, as well as PLC compatibility. This allows the measurement results to be used for continuous process monitoring, optimizing drying or humidification of materials, improving product quality, and reducing waste and inefficiencies. The MoistTech IR3000 is therefore a versatile and robust solution, suitable for numerous industrial sectors, including food, chemical, mining, paper and packaging, biomass, and other bulk materials. With its ability to provide accurate real-time information, the IR3000 helps companies optimize production processes, save energy, and consistently deliver high-quality products.

DYNAguard
The microwave-indicator DYNAguard M is used for monitoring the mass flow in open and closed transport processes also with big distances between sensor and conveyed material. Independent of particles moving direction solid materials with velocity of at least 0.1 m/s will be detected by passing the microwave field. Conveying or feeding problems of powders, pellets or granules are detected early and thus should be avoided. This helps to prevent plant failures like clogging, material loss, idle or other serious difficulties. DYNAguard M has to be installed with an angle of 45° up to 90° of flow direction. Moving mechanical parts e.g. rotary valves, propellers or similar should not be in the detection field, because this might be detected as flow of material. If these 'disturbance source' can not be displaced, they have to be shielded or a DYNAguard of electrostatic type as DYNAguard P should be used.
