Aero-machanical conveyor
Hiway aero-mechanical conveyors are ideal for the transportation of bulk materials, both in powder and granules. The high linear speed imparted to the discs generates a movement of air that fluidifies the material, allowing easy transport, without mixing it and preserving its integrity. These systems are essential and light with excellent efficiency thanks to the use of low energy powers too.
Mechanical Conveyor
Hiway mechanical distributing conveyors are ideal for the transportation and distribution of variousbtypes of powders and granules from one or more loading points to one or more drops and they can be extended over 200 meters. These systems are powered by one drive unit that moves the disc chain into the tubes, mechanically dragging the material due to the linear speed exerted on it.
BIG-BAGS Unloading Station
Hiway big-bag unloading stations (FIBC) are designed to safely empty big-bags of up to 2500 kg of different sizes and to reduce the dispersion of dust into the environment, preserving the work area. This equipment consists of sturdy support structures capable of supporting the weight of the big bags which can be inserted using a forklift or hoist lift. The unloading of the material is facilitated by a receiving platform equipped with pneumatically operated pushers.
Bag Cutter Station
Bag cutters are designed to safely empty bags of various sizes and reduce the dispersion of dust into the environment, ensuring safety in the workplace. This equipment can be installed with one hood connected to an extraction system to avoid dust dispersion.
