DENSE PHASE PNEUMATIC CONVEYORS - TYPE GA
The dense phase pneumatic conveying system conveys the product at low speed, using a small amount of gas and reducing the energy consumption. The product moves along the pipes slowly, remaining fluid and avoiding damages and un-mixing. GVF Impianti’s technology prevents contamination between the transported materials through a process control that executes cleaning cycles at every change of product. To improve the production quality and to control all the production processes, we realize and test in-house all the vessels according to the PED regulation 2014/68/UE. Two main types of dense phase pneumatic conveyor explain the production range for non-abrasive products and in general in sectors like food, pet-food, plastic, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors: ▸ GA - with loading butterfly valve suitable for normal wearing products. These conveyors can be supplied both in dense phase with a cleaning cycle after each launch, in extra-dense phase for fragile products or products’ mixing and in HP version (High-Performance) for long distances and big hourly capacities. They can also be equipped on load cells for the material weighing before transport or supplied in Atex classified version. ▸ GA COMBO - compact and modular for reduced available space. This conveyor is equipped with both the pneumatical and the electrical panel installed on board the machine. TWO WAYS DIVERTER VALVE TYPE DP
DP series diverter valves allows to select the flow from one to two lines and from two lines to one. The mechanical outfit is precise and adjustable; the gaskets are interchangeable to guarantee simple and effective maintenance services. When the valve is in position, the unused way is closed mechanically. The two ways diverter valve type DP represents the best solution for most of the pneumatic conveying applications. + FEATURES → Diameter from 2”1/2 up to 10” → Wear-resistant → Loading of sets of storage bins, transport of non-miscible materials, abrasive materials → Limit switches on the piston → Easy to install both vertically and horizontally → Pollution-free

TWO WAYS DIVERTER VALVE Y TYPE
The two-ways diverter valve type Y allows the selection between two different ways, through the opening and the closure of two pinch valves. The diverter’s body is made of steel carpentry, with flanged connections. The diverter is equipped with two pinch valves installed in the outlet flanges, and two activation solenoid valves installed on board the machine. This diverter is particularly suitable for pneumatic conveying system in both diluted or dense phase. + FEATURES → Produced in sizes from 2"1/2 up to 6" → Available with parallel outlets at 30° and 45° → 1 inlet and 2 output → Suitable for normal wearing materials → Equipped with two pinch valves and pneumatic panel with pressure control

DAS TWO WAYS SILO-TOP VALVE
DAS series diverter valves are studied to be installed on the top of the silos, giving the possibility to divert between more silos or to become a terminal box made in a wear-resistant material. When it is needed to discharge the product into the silo on which the valve is installed, the diverter deviates the material's flow, thanks to a 90° diversion based on an interchangeable expansion drawer, made in a wear-resistant material. When the valve is in the conveyance position, a group of pneumatic gaskets, controlled by a pressure switch, guarantees the valve’s seal up to 4 bar. The gasket is easily replaceable. The two-way diverter valve DAS turns out to be essential for most of the storage systems. + FEATURES → Diameter from 2”1/2 up to 10” → Wear-resistant → Loading of sets of storage bins, transport of non-miscible materials, abrasive materials

MULTI-WAYS DIVERTER VALVE TYPE DS
The DS series represents the most technologically advanced version of GVF Impianti’s diverter valves. The DS valve is designed to have only one incoming pipe and multiple outgoing pipes, in order to manage complex systems featuring up to 12 outlets, with considerable savings in terms of pipes, assembly costs and operating space. It is possible to install the valve both vertically and horizontally by means of the lower fixing plates, giving the valve a particularly versatile application. + FEATURES → Diameter from 2”1/2 up to 8” → From 3 to 12 outlets → Loading of sets of storage bins, transport of non miscible materials, abrasive materials → Easy to install both vertically and horizontally

WEAR RESISTANT SEGMENTED BEND TYPE CM
GVF Impianti Wear-Resistant Segmented Bend CM series is composed by three interchangeable sectors with rotary split flange and a gasket interposed. The rotary split flanges permit to make path and direction diversions, removing the need of placing and welding the tubes in the construction site. In this type of bends, the transported product is not subjected to particular losses of load, due to the bend’s large average range. All bend’s components are molten in carbonitrided cast iron in order to guarantee high mechanical properties. + FEATURES → Interchangeable and directional sectors → Sectional curves of 30°, 60° and 90° → High wear-resistance → Especially appointed for dense and dilute phase conveying systems

WEAR RESISTANT SQUARED BEND TYPE CSQ
GVF Impianti’s wear-resistant squared bend CSQ series is produced in carbonitrided NiHard cast iron, in order to give it a high hardness and wear resistance nad supplied with rotary split flange. The bend’s special design permits the material to deposit and create a protective shield on the bend’s walls. This is the reason it is generally called SAND-OVER-SAND bend. + FEATURES → Made in carbonitrided NiHard cast iron → Suitable for abrasive materials (silica sand, sand blasting residues) → Especially appointed for dense and dilute phase conveying systems → Rotary split flange

DENSE PHASE PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEMS FOR ABRASIVE PRODUCTS - GC TYPE
The dense phase pneumatic conveying GC Type is especially designed for abrasive products transport. Thanks to a unique inlet “Cone Valve”, made in Ni-Hard cast iron, the wearing problems are widely reduced compared to the standard solution with inlet butterfly valve. This solution is particularly suitable for materials like silica, silica sand, glass beads or glass sand, quartz sand transport and so on. The preloading hopper can be supplied with one or two flanged inlets, depending on the application needs. Available sizes go from 24 ltrs up to 1500 ltrs vessels capacity and both dense (with cleaning cycle after each launch) and extra-dense (with full pipeline) versions are possible. These conveyors can be supplied in version for products with high temperature, equipped on load cells for the material weighing before transport or in Atex classified version. All the pneumatic conveying system can be supplied both in carbon steel and in stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316).
