Micropilot FMR67B – 80 GHz radar sensor
Micropilot FMR67B is part of the new generation of 80 GHz radar sensors. It is suitable for continuous non-contact level measurement in demanding solid applications – even with extreme process temperatures. Wizards guide users through commissioning, proof tests and verification of the devices and thus guarantee a simple operation. The narrow beam angle is suitable for measurements in narrow silos. Heartbeat Technology identifies anomalies for increased safety and productivity.
Vibronic Point level detection Soliphant FTM51
Soliphant FTM51 is a robust point level switch for use in silos containing fine-grained or powdery solids even with a low bulk density. Suitable for a wide range of applications with international certificates for use in dust or gas hazardous areas. Available with polished fork and stainless steel housing with Tri-Clamp or with aluminum housing and coated fork. Maintenance-free device for use in typical applications like: cereals, flour, cocoa, sugar, animal feed, dye powder, chalk.
Capacitance Point level detection Solicap FTI77
Solicap FTI77 is a partly insulated sword/rope probe for point level detection of fine-grained to coarse-grained bulk solids. It offers maximum reliability due to its active build-up compensation and is suited for a wide range of applications thanks to numerous certificates and approvals. Due to its robust construction, it can also be used in applications with very high lateral loads (up to 800Nm, sword version), high temperatures and abrasive media.
Micropilot FMR20B - radar sensor for basic applications
The Micropilot FMR20B offers continuous non-contact level measurement with 80 GHz technology. Guiding wizards enable easy handling for installation, commissioning and operation. Efficiency through reduced downtime can be realized with on-demand process verification and device diagnostics, thanks to Heartbeat Technology. The compact design of the device also allows use in narrow installation conditions.
FTE20 - 20Rotary paddle point level switch
The Soliswitch FTE20 is a versatile rotary paddle point level switch that has been specially developed for bulk solid applications. Its compact design and high resistance enable reliable use even under demanding conditions. The device offers flexible mounting options and supports easy commissioning and adaptation to different material characteristics. In addition, integrated safety functions and international approvals ensure safe operation even in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Radiometric level and density measurement Gammapilot FMG50
The Gammapilot FMG50 compact transmitter is designed for non-contact point level detection, continuous level, interface and density measurement in liquids, solids, suspensions or sludges. As the first true 2-wire loop powered compact transmitter it minimizes engineering and installation efforts.
