Siamo specializzati nella costruzione e progettazione di trasportatori a coclea,grazie alla nostra significativa esperienza siamo in grado di realizzare sistemi di trasporto studiati specificamente per la nostra clientela. Le nostre coclee vengono impiegate in svariati settori industriali per la movimentazione di qualsiasi tipo di prodotto. Costruiamo coclee per il trasporto e l’estrazione,per il dosaggio e la miscelazione. La nostra ampia gamma comprende coclee standard a canale aperto o tubolari inclinate e verticali,ma anche coclee speciali raffreddate a doppia camera,coclee spremitrici idonee alla disidratatura o compattatura dei prodotti,coclee con finiture superficiali particolari come la satinatura e la lucidatura a specchio. Prima fabbrica italiana a produrre spire per coclee e tazze per elevatori, è tutt’oggi azienda affermata del settore. CONTINUOUS METAL FLIGHTS

The continuous metal flights are produced from coils or flat carbon steel and stainless steel bars lengths of 3 meters. Production capacity covers a wide range of measures. Can be made special flights with different pitch – long or short – compared to most common sizes. Standard sizes are available from stock. Design we can build screw shaft with flights finished and ready for assembly.

SECTIONAL FLIGHTS

We produce sectional flights with a wide range of diameters and thickness pitch. We can make flights with a diameter of external or internal cylindrical and tapered withdevelopment at 360° or half sectors. We can make sectional flights with special tooth profile or any type of cut drawing shapes and holes. On request we can make screw shaft complete of welding and balancing with special surface finishes such as polishing and satining.

MICRO FLIGHTS

These micro flights, with small size, are made from square section wire or plate of stainless steel 304/316, in a very wide range of sizes. In addition to standard production we make special micro flights complete with drive Shafts. They are used for conveying small quantities of products, particularly for batching plants and packaging screw conveyors.
