This is why hoods are typically used for extracting gases, odours and fumes that are generated as a result of industrial processes: for example, they are particularly suitable for installation on robots for extracting welding fumes.

The strength of MODUCAP modular extraction hood is its extreme versatility, which makes it suitable for multiple industrial applications and types of plant. Thanks to its modular construction, several modules can be combined to achieve very high air flow rates, thus guaranteeing effective extraction even in complex contexts.

The extraction of the hood takes place along the perimeter of the module, but it can be further enhanced with the addition of curtains or side strips, which are available in different versions:

– red UV resistant;
– flame retardant;
– with quick release;
– with galvanised mounting rails.

MODUCAP modular extraction hood is normally manufactured in our workshops from galvanised metal sheet, but for special applications it is also available in painted metal sheet or Aisi 304 and 316 stainless steel.
