We install internal scrapers on the inner side of the conveyor belt. Their function is to prevent material build-up in this area, which can cause belt misalignment.
They consist of a polyurethane scraping element that acts like a blade on the belt surface.
The blades are fixed to the frame with stainless steel screws and can be replaced without disassembling the entire scraper, provided they are easily accessible.
Each scraper is custom-designed and manufactured, and is also available in stainless steel.
