Emmebi Impianti was founded in 1977, today Emmebi impianti is a well-established company in the field of the storage, reclmation, handlingt and batching of solid materials, in powder and solid form, selling itsproducts to a variety of sectors such as cement plants, lime plants, quarries, mines, coal plants, recycling and energy recovery systems.
Emmebi Impianti headquarter is located in Zanica (Bergamo), Italy, with a covered area of 5000 m2.
It employs about 40 people and works with CNC machineries that are constantly upgraded.
Emmebi Impianti is structured to offer its customers any service they may need; in fact the company has a machining department, a welding department, an assembly department, a laboratory for dimensional controls and material tests, a quality department, a purchasing department and a technical and design department.
Emmebi Impianti works in a quality management system according to UNI EN ISO 9001 certification.
EMMEBI IMPIANTI designs and manufactures:
– Drag chain conveyors according to the customer needs and complete with rod gate, feeding chute, slidin gate, intermediate table and link joints;

– Ascending chain conveyors with curves in accordance with the plan requirements. Service platforms and support strctures to fix the machine on the ground;

– Customized machines, continuos product development in collaboration with the client to optimized the applications and research new solutions;
– Chain conveyors for high temperature clinker with system to permit thermal expansion. Abrasive materials making machine by means wear resistance steels;
– Drag chain conveyors for coal, cement, mineral, chemicals, particle board, recycling, CDR, fluff.
