The Mobile Bin Blender is designed for the mixing and homogenization of dry powders directly inside bins, eliminating loading, unloading, and cleaning operations of conventional mixers. It is mainly used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, where hygienic and efficient powder handling is required.
The system is managed by a PLC control unit connected to safety sensors and an electro-locking structure. The bin rotates clockwise or counterclockwise at an adjustable speed between 4 and 20 rpm, ensuring controlled and repeatable mixing.
Efficient blending is achieved through a 30° bin inclination relative to the rotation axis. The blender features a compact, mobile design with anti-static wheels, is easy to maintain and clean, and can be equipped with an external safety structure when installed in shared working areas.
Available in two models for bins from 5 to 300 liters, with a maximum load of 150 kg, the Mobile Bin Blender complies with cGMP, UNI EN ISO, and ATEX regulations (when required) and can be customized to meet specific process requirements.
