The Fixed Lifting Column AGR-LIFT is designed to support and position process equipment such as vacuum conveyors, drums, and Pharma Bins in powder handling lines.
It is mainly used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries to optimize handling, dosing, and mixing operations while preventing cross-contamination. On request, it can be manufactured for dusty environments and ATEX zones.
The column features an internal galvanized steel structure and an external AISI 304 stainless steel casing, with a lifting system based on a worm screw driven by a self-braking gear motor for safe and precise movement.
Vertical and horizontal motions are managed manually or automatically via the onboard control console, with adjustable limit switches to suit specific process requirements.
Designed in compliance with cGMP, UNI EN ISO, and ATEX standards, the AGR-LIFT column is customizable and suitable for multiple applications, including Vacuum Conveyors, Drums, and Pharma Bins.
