The Fixed Lifting Column AGR-LIFT is designed to support and handle process equipment such as vacuum conveyors, drums, and Pharma BINs, providing safe and efficient vertical positioning in powder handling lines.
It is mainly used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries to optimize handling, dosing, and mixing operations while preventing cross-contamination. The structure features an internal galvanized steel frame and an external AISI 304 stainless steel casing, with a supporting arm.
The lifting system is driven by a worm screw with self-braking gear motor, ensuring precise and safe movement. Vertical and horizontal motions can be managed manually or automatically via the onboard control console, with adjustable limit switches for accurate positioning.
Designed in compliance with cGMP, UNI EN ISO, and ATEX regulations (on request), the AGR-LIFT column is fully customizable and suitable for multiple applications, including vacuum conveyors, drums, fluid bed bowls, and Pharma Bins.
