The Bin Blender Column combines the functions of a bin lifting column with tilting and mixing capabilities, providing an efficient solution for powder handling and blending operations. It features a robust structure with an external frame in AISI 304 stainless steel and an internal load-bearing structure in galvanized carbon steel with a supporting arm.

Part of the AGR-LIFT series, the Bin Blender Column is mainly used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries to optimize production flow and prevent cross-contamination. It can be manufactured for dusty environments and ATEX zones upon request.

The system ensures precise lifting and rotation through a worm screw mechanism and a planetary gearmotor, while the fork-type arm holds the bin at a 10° angle for improved mixing, with an automatic locking/unlocking system.

All movements and functions are automatically managed by an onboard PLC control panel. The column is designed in compliance with cGMP and UNI EN ISO standards and can be equipped with optional protective systems such as infrared barriers or a stainless steel safety cage.
