The AGR-LIFT Big Bag Lifting Column is designed for the handling, lifting, and support of Big Bags in powder processing lines. It is mainly used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries to optimize production flow and prevent cross-contamination.
The system features a robust structure with AISI 304 stainless steel external frame and galvanized carbon steel internal structure, and is available in mobile (wheeled) or fixed versions. A dedicated clamping system with locking handles ensures safe and dust-tight Big Bag emptying.
The discharge area can be equipped with a valve, rotary valve, or hopper connected to a downstream vacuum conveying system. All movements are automatically controlled via an onboard control panel, with adjustable limit switches for precise positioning.
Designed in compliance with cGMP, UNI EN ISO, and current safety regulations, the AGR-LIFT column is also available for ATEX zones on request, ensuring safe and reliable operation in demanding environments.
