The Big Bag Emptying Station is a modular system designed for the dust-free discharge of powders and bulk materials from Big Bags (FIBC). It is available in different configurations to suit a wide range of industrial applications.

The system features a robust frame in painted steel or AISI 304 stainless steel, with a fixed base and a lifting structure for easy Big Bag positioning, either by forklift or by electric hoist. Pneumatic massaging paddles ensure complete and efficient product discharge, even with poorly flowing materials.

A dedicated docking system creates a closed, dust-tight connection between the Big Bag and the station, maximizing operator safety and preventing product contamination. On request, the unit can be equipped with load cells for weight monitoring and dosing.

The station is fully PLC controlled, compliant with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and available for ATEX zones upon request, ensuring safe and reliable operation in demanding environments.
