The AGR-BREAKER Lump Breaker is designed to crush lumps and agglomerates that form during powder production or handling, ensuring smooth and consistent material flow. It is particularly suitable for hygroscopic or clogging materials and can be used across a wide range of industrial sectors.
Featuring a compact, self-cleaning design, the AGR-BREAKER can be easily integrated into existing lines, bag, drum or Big-Bag emptying systems, or installed upstream of vessels, dryers, centrifuges, mixers, and other process equipment.
The unit consists of a stainless steel body with rotating blades working against a contrast grid, driven by a gearmotor, with flanged inlet and outlet connections for easy installation. For safety, it is equipped with inductive sensors that allow operation only under correct installation conditions.
The AGR-BREAKER complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, is available for ATEX zones on request, and can be supplied in a reinforced version for applications requiring higher crushing force.
