The Tumbler Bin Blender is designed for the mixing and homogenization of dry powders directly inside bins, eliminating the need for product transfer, unloading, and cleaning of traditional mixers. It is primarily used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries for efficient and contamination-free powder handling.

The system ensures uniform mixing through a double 15° inclination of the rotation axis and bidirectional bin rotation (clockwise and counterclockwise). An electro-mechanical bin locking system guarantees safe positioning during loading, unloading, and at the end of each mixing cycle.

Featuring a high-tech, easy-to-clean design with excellent internal visibility, the Tumbler is managed by a PLC control system with integrated safety devices, including magnetic sensors and photoelectric barriers. Mixing speed is adjustable between 4 and 20 rpm, and the system complies with cGMP standards and current safety regulations.
